• My favorite place to travel is either to European countries like the Netherlands or to the home where I grew up with my family in western New York.

• My first job was tutoring kids who lived within walking distance of my house in elementary school.
• If I couldn’t do the work I do now, I would finally get a degree in entomology.
• I earned a master’s degree in journalism from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Oglethorpe University.

• My favorite place to travel is any location with a sunny beach.
• A perfect weekend includes climbing one of the amazing 14ers in Colorado or playing 18 holes of golf followed by an evening on my deck relaxing with family and friends.
• My middle name is Lincoln, and my favorite Lincoln quote is: “The best way to predict your future is to create it.”
• After completing my undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado, I went on the earn my graduate degree from Oklahoma State University.  Go Pokes!

• One of my goals is to travel to all 50 states—and I have two more to go!

Systemic coaching and consulting are a bit like Michelangelo’s view of sculpture: “Every block of stone has a completed statue already inside it; it is the task of the sculptor to discover it … [We] see the angel in the marble, and [we] carve until [we] set it free.”

• My first job was as a teenaged farm hand, driving a massive tractor. It unexpectedly morphed into socializing standardbred yearling colts, getting them used to being touched and harnessed. Both roles were thrilling, in completely different ways
• If I couldn’t do this work, I’d write mystery novels — preferably ones that required extensive research trips to London and the Scottish Highlands
• I got my BA in International Relations at Tufts University and my law degree at the University of Chicago Law School; I’m currently doing postgraduate work in Systemic Team Coaching with the College of Executive Coaching

• My favorite place to travel is anywhere with mountains.

• A great day for me is being the first one on Horsetooth Reservoir with my family, when the sun rises, putting on my slalom ski and carving it up until my arms hurt.
