We began our association with Springboard more than four years ago—as clients—and are excited to be part of such a wonderful organization. We’ve been meeting lots of Springboard clients over the past few weeks, and it’s gratifying to hear them call out the very things that we valued as clients—collaborative relationships, professionalism and exceptional work.
Springboard has an incredibly talented team that strives to exceed expectations with every engagement and cares deeply about ensuring that all of our clients are on the path to success. We are fortunate to have Robyn Rickenbach, who founded Springboard in 2007, continuing on as an integral part of our team to help us build for the future.
The Springboard team will continue to provide client-focused solutions in three practice areas—building sustainable organizations, creating impactful leaders and developing effective learning—with an eye toward steady, thoughtful growth. We are particularly excited about the possibilities for expanding Springboard’s current reach to universities and intercollegiate athletics programs.
