High School Student: Personal Self-Leadership Development
A high school senior was having a difficult time in several of his classes, was facing challenges outside of school, was involved in sports, and was preparing for college. His parents wanted to make sure that he had the tools that he needed in order to overcome his current obstacles and go on to a successful future. As a result, the parents engaged with the Springboard team to provide leadership development and coaching for their son.
During the time that he spent working with a Springboard facilitator, this student was able to focus on the important aspects of self-leadership, and he became aware of his thoughts and actions and the impact that he has on others. His parents were very appreciative of our engagement as it provided a neutral, third-party view of his development and progress. This student went on to hold a full-time job while attending college in Miami, Florida for a degree in sports management.
