Ronnie Zindorf, Director of Business Development, is an intuitive facilitator and coach with a strong focus on helping her clients find ways to reach their goals both professionally and personally.
Ronnie is a top-performing leader with over 22 years in sales management, sales force effectiveness, high customer retention, team building, developing training programs and consultative selling. She has worked within organizations to help guide them through changing markets, increasing competition, cyclical client demands and expanding product lines. She directed the conversion to a new CRM platform and served as the liaison between the parent corporation and the individual company. In every case, the organizations Ronnie works with experience accelerated growth as a result of her engagement. Ronnie has worked in the education market in outside sales, regional sales management, director of sales, and director of operations for field sales. She has been responsible for external and internal leadership training and has also worked as a teacher. Ronnie graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Education.
Ronnie enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, their dog Mollie and their large extended family. She enjoys traveling to new places both within the USA and the world. In her spare time, she volunteers at the Hospital Hospitality House in Richmond which provides a “home away from home” for patients and their families.
Throughout Ronnie’s career, she has found that helping others reach new heights or achieve success is “what gets her out of bed each morning!”
