Bill Yoder, Senior Associate, has been providing high-end consulting, facilitation, and coaching services since 1985. He is an expert at guiding contentious groups through collaborative and pragmatic decision-making and planning processes that reconcile conflicting perspectives and formulate win-win solutions to complex problems.
Bill’s clients have spanned most Federal departments, many states, and a wide range of industries; he has planned and facilitated hundreds of training sessions, conflict resolution workshops, and strategic planning meetings.
Bill is an adjunct professor of Knowledge Management in the George Mason University MBA program, he graduated from the Georgetown University program in Organizational Development and Change Management, and he holds certifications in project management (PMP), 6Sigma, ITIL, risk management, and administering numerous personal and group assessment instruments.
