Facilitator Biographies



Michael Goldman


Mike Goldman spent 17 years consulting to Fortune 500 companies and is now a writer, speaker and coach in the areas of leadership, sales, customer service and strategic planning.


Throughout his career at Accenture and Deloitte Consulting, he helped companies like Disney, Polo Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Kmart, Dillard's, Liz Claiborne and Levi Strauss.


He is currently the President of Performance Breakthrough, a company that works with business owners, senior executives and managers to improve results through coaching, development and planning.  His focus is on building the attitudes, behavioral management skills, and goal achievement processes necessary to achieve breakthrough results for teams and individuals.


Mike’s clients value his vast experience with organizations of all sizes as well as his incredible passion and energy.  His no-nonsense, practical style enables individuals and teams to uncover opportunity areas and achieve revolutionary results with laser focus.


In addition, Mike is President of the New Jersey Chapter of the International Customer Service Association (ICSA), a member of the Professional Speakers Group and a Strategic Alliance facilitator.  He is also a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and a Certified Staffing Professional.
 





Kevin Brimhall

 

Kevin Brimhall is principal of JFD Performance Solutions, a business consulting and coaching firm.  Kevin works with companies to align their organizations and processes with their goals so they can achieve greater results and be more profitable.  Kevin helps his individual clients address personal and professional challenges and identify and achieve their life’s purpose so they can reach more of their potential.

 

Kevin has been a small business owner, consultant and coach for over five years and helps clients in areas such as business planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leadership development, customer loyalty, strategic growth, and operational and personal excellence.


Prior to owning his own company, Kevin spent eighteen years with General Electric leading business development, marketing, sales, service and operations teams while working in five GE businesses.  During his tenure at GE, Kevin was frequently recognized for exceptional performance and advanced through the GE Corporate professional development curriculum (“Crotonville”)  in areas such as leadership, management, business strategy, M&A, Six Sigma quality, negotiations and sourcing.

 

Kevin grew up in West Virginia, earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Kevin and his family have lived in Raleigh, NC since 1998.  He is active with their church and a number of professional and service organizations, with a special passion for education. Kevin also enjoys family time, traveling, reading and many types of sports and outdoor activities.





Robyn Rickenbach

Robyn Rickenbach is the President of Springboard International Inc.  She is an innovative, strategic thinker with proven success in executing critical business objectives, making teams successful and facilitating collaborative decision making and planning.  She has an intense focus on human capital improvement, learning and performance, and organizational development areas, with 20 years experience in a variety of market sectors and verticals. 

Robyn graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. degree and also holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.  She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the D.C.-area Women in Technology (WIT) organization.

Robyn spent almost 15 years in the education sector, as both the Director of Admissions and the President of several career colleges, and in that time also headed self-study teams and implemented new academic programs.  She then moved into the corporate world of training and development as an enterprise sales person and then learning services solutions manager.  Throughout her career, Robyn’s focus has been on developing individuals, teams, and business initiatives to their full potential and executing on critical business goals.

In her spare time, Robyn is committed to giving back to the community.  Her most recent service includes:

*  Co-Chair, 2007 Heroes for the American Red Cross campaign (National Capital Area)
*  Active volunteer, Chantilly High School Career Center
*  Chantilly High School Advisory Board for Student Services (2004-present)
*  Co-Chair, 2006 and 2007 Lake Anne Elementary Directory Committee
*  Women in Technology Mentor-Protege Program, 2007
*  Completed 60 mile Susan G. Koman Walk for Breast Cancer, 2006
