Denise Burkard


D
enise Burkard is an accomplished Human Resources professional with proven leadership success in organizations operating in highly competitive markets.  While her expertise lies in human resources, her skills in operations management and her financial background provide her with a results oriented focus.  Demonstrated skills include strategic planning, project and people management, human capital development and education.

 

Denise was the Managing Director for Learning and Development (L&D) at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting).  Denise led the L&D team which was responsible for performance management and development programs for the 18,000 person global workforce.  Focal areas included competency development through online, blended and instructor-led learning, 360 degree feedback for firm leaders, implementation of a state-of-the-art learning management system, and creation of a North American-wide onboarding program.  While at BearingPoint, Denise also led the global Resource Management team responsible for deploying the firm’s consulting employees on client engagements.  This included implementation of one global system to support scheduling, establishing global processes for staffing, and creation of a team of resource managers in all regions.

 

Prior to BearingPoint, Denise was a Partner with Arthur Andersen.  During her tenure at Andersen, Denise worked in many positions including finance, recruitment, operations and human resources.  As Partner, she held the global leadership position in Human Resources for the Business Consulting practice.  In this capacity, Denise led retention efforts, compensation strategies, Partner recruitment and managed the strategy for funding training development.  Denise’s experience included a multi-year assignment to Santiago, Chile to manage the post-acquisition integration of a 700 person accounting firm.

 

Denise holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from the George Washington University, and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia.




Kevin Collins

Kevin Collins is the President of KMC Coaching and Consulting Inc and has a 20+ year record of success and achievement in the IT Industry.  KMC Coaching and Consulting Inc leverages that experience to deliver individual, group and organizational results.  An experienced executive and manager, Kevin Collins has recruited and built high performance teams and consulting organizations.  He has done this by focusing on developing key skills that allow individuals and organizations to adapt to change and seize growth opportunities.

Kevin held the roles of Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development at CA from 2002 to 2005.  From 1996-2002, he was the General Manager for Rational Software and started their NYC Metro operations with a staff of three.  By 2002 the business had grown to $50 million in annual revenues with a staff of 50 software engineers, consultants and sales people.

 

Kevin received his BA from Stony Brook University.  He is Certified Business Coach, Certified Facilitator and Kolbe Consultant.  He attended the 3 year Strategic Coach Program.  Kevin is also an active Sensei (instructor) and Third Degree Black Belt in Tai-Zen Jiu-Jitsu and has studied Martial arts for 25 years.

Janet Geib


Janet Geib is an innovative instructional designer and facilitator with over 18 years of experience helping organizations increase profits and productivity through improved employee performance.  Her programs are customized to address the unique issues and needs of her clients and include topics such as coaching, consumer lending, customer service, cross-cultural competency, diversity, lending compliance, negotiations, relationship selling, sales strategy and supervisory techniques.

Twelve years in the banking field exposed her to mergers and acquisitions and the many human resources issues that organizations face while blending distinct corporate cultures.  By engaging new employees with high impact and thoughtful training, Janet brought about successful integration and corporate cohesion.  After establishing her own training and development company, www.jgtrain.com, Janet continues to address human performance issues by providing organizations with creative curriculum designs that target identified skill gaps.  Helping companies close these gaps ensures their people get on board and keeps their business on track.  She may be reached at jgtrain@verizon.net.



Lynn Lewis

Lynn Lewis is president and managing principal of Learning Solutions, LLC.  With over 20 years of experience as a Workplace Learning & Performance professional, she is an educator and consultant who helps to design, develop and deliver effective workplace learning and performance programs with business, government, academia and non-profit organizations across a wide variety of industries.

Lynn specializes in creating custom learning solutions that are targeted to help organizations realize their return on investment.  She has blended learning programs that incorporate instructor-led, synchronous and asynchronous e-learning learning, EPSS systems, and job aids that are often part of a larger integrated program.

Lynn earned her BA and MBA from St. Bonaventure University.  She is also a certified project manager (PMP professional) and a certified professional in learning and performance (CPLP).




Marguerete Luter

Marguerete Luter's entire career has been focused on helping organizations grow.  Her efforts at Xerox, Unisys, and now the Process Pro demonstrate an uncommon common sense—i.e., the wisdom and practice of integrating strategic thinking and planning with tactical and performance objectives, and rolling it all together into business processes that serve the organization’s mission and goals.

 

Marguerete has 20+ years in the technology industry, covering all aspects of global opportunity management and customer satisfaction, and consistently overachieving financial and customer satisfaction objectives.  She has expertise leading organizations in delivering on their missions to provide client-centric, market-competitive, integrated solutions to business challenges.  Marguerete facilitates the processes leading to strategic organizational growth by inviting—and winning— stakeholder engagement, commitment, and collaboration.

 

Marguerete has a Master’s degree in guidance and counseling from Catholic University of America in Washington, D. C.  Awards include Unisys Federal Government Group President’s Award for Creation and Implementation of a Diversity Strategic Action Plan; numerous and repeated Xerox performance awards for business operations; Women in Technology (WIT) “Champion” Leadership Award.  She is a Past President of WIT, and has served many years on the Board of Directors.  She also serves on the Board of the Lupus Foundation Greater Washington Chapter, and the Arlington Commission on the Status of Women.



Klaus Schultz 

Jon (Klaus) Schultz is a performance metrics consultant and statistician with extensive experience in survey design, data analysis, and performance measurement.  In the course of his consulting work with Booz Allen Hamilton and SAIC, Klaus has led multiple survey analysis efforts, from both data collection/validation to synthesizing key findings in a final concise report.  He is frequently called upon to develop performance metrics schema and to track key metrics for high-visibility customer initiatives.
 

Klaus holds a BA in Government from the College of William & Mary and a Masters in Public Policy from George Mason University, with coursework in survey methodology and quantitative data analysis.  He is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Expert, and he routinely uses Excel in concert with other data analysis tools to combine qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for clients.
