Subscription Process
You may easily subscribe using the form above. To start the subscription process enter your email address and click the Go button. We use the industry standard, double opt-in method. With this method, a new window will open. Confirm your email address and click Submit to complete the subscription process. You will also be sent a confirmation email upon clicking Submit.
Change Email Address Process
You may easily change your email address by using the form above. Type in your old email address and click Go. In the new window that opens, confirm email address and click Submit. You will be sent a confirmation email to your old email address. From that email, click Update your profile. Where it says, "Your email address: " click Update. Type and confirm your new email address and click Save.

Unsubscription Process
Enter your email address in the form to the left and click Go. In the new window that pops up, confirm your email address and click Submit. A confirmation email will be sent to you. In that email, click on Update your profile. Select Unsubscribe me from ALL mailings and click Save Profile Changes. You should now be removed from the Springboard International mailing and enewsletter list.
